Ordering Projects
I think Scratchers should be able to change the order of projects on their 'my stuff' page so their favourite projects will be the first thing other Scratchers will see if they click on their 'my stuff' page.
Scratchers might want to put their project with the lowest views first so that the views might go up!

A new program so you and your friends can chat, make games or videos. All kinds of things to talk about! Plan a sleepover, see how much your alike. Some can be popular too! Teach others the things you like or even Do votes for your school if you go to the same one and talk and talk and play and all kinds of stuff!

More space so you can make bigger games
So many great games have to be cut smaller because their overall size is causing them to slow down. This also causes the blocks to not react quickly. For example, "when flag clicked, move 10 steps" takes less time when it is the only script in the project then when the project is loaded with scripts and variables. I personally think this would be a great improvement to Scratch.

Continue/Resume Sound Block.
A simple block that resumes a sound instead of playing it from the beginning.

Making a custom block
When you have a script that you really like make it into its own block and save it into a folder so that you can use it again in another project without having to recreate it. This would be especially helpful when you use very long scripts that would take forever to recreate.

Locked Cloud Data
Suppose I created a project with 'accounts' and passwords, and the passwords are stored in a cloud list. If someone saw inside the project, they would have access to all the passwords. What I propose is 'locked' cloud variables. The values of these would not be accessible to anyone but the creator of the project. However, this would not change Scratch's core values; because if someone tried to view or change these, a notification box would appear with 'The creator of this project has locked these variables. To change the values, you must erase the(or create a new) cloud variable/list.'

apolagie message: the way to apoligise to people who ignore you,
the fact that you have someone ignoring you is...well alright unless you feel sorry, you can't contact that person AT ALL when you are on their ignore list, well this idea is that we would make it so if someones ignoring you, and if you goto their page, it says under their avatar "apologize" , when you click it, it gives you a text box and a message that says " please enter a meaningful apologie and please mean it," and heres the catch: it hast to be a minimum of 30 characters or more, that way you wouldn't go… more

___[---}__________
goto url [http// ] ]
-----------------------------well like i said the name says it all :D
it can be great for linking to users project page or their websites!

loving comments
You made a game and you want to make version 2 of it. You search in the comments after good suggestions. It would be much easier if other liked some suggestions and you would see, which are the best.

Repeat for ( ) seconds
I sometimes want some of my repeat scripts to last an amount of time. When you use Repeat ( ) times you don't really know how loong it lasts for, you just know it repeats the same thing 10 times. I want a block that repeats something again and again until a certain amount of time has past.

Voice Recognition
I think we should have a feature that let's users speak and Scratch 2.0 turns it into text, or saves it as a variable.Kind of like iPhone 4S Siri.

How 'bout an online scratch program?
I know this is veeeerrrrry extreme, but i think it would be really cool if somehow, there could be an internet version of scratch that loads in a webpage so you could edit projects on the fly online, and only have to download them if more extensive editing had to be done for a remix. It'd just be cool, that's all.

[ v] received? Boolean
Not the hat block. A BOOLEAN. For those of you who don't know what a Boolean is, it's those pointy Scratch blocks.

Align to grid
win you start up scratch you could have an option to greate a grid, make size of grid, invisible, etc. There could be a block called "Align to Grid". Then it would be a lot easiler to create games like plants vs zombies on scratch.
